X-Fest 2018

SAN DIEGO, CA – Iconic San Diego alternative rock station 91X today announced the line-up and details for X-Fest 2018, celebrating 35 years of 91X.



Happening Saturday, August 11, Beck and Death Cab for Cutie will co-headline the festival, along with The Struts, Joywave, Twin Shadow, Meg Myers, Moon Taxi, Teenage Wrist, Mansionair, and The Regrettes.

The ten bands on two stages at X-Fest 2018 will be held on the grass Practice Field at SDCCU Stadium in Mission Valley to deliver a true local festival experience. All ages are welcome.

Advance tickets cost $56.00 plus service charges, and go on-sale Friday, May 11 at 10:00 AM at 91x.com and Ticketmaster.  $1.00 per ticket sold will be donated to the Inspired By Music Fund.

“To celebrate 35 years of 91X, we chose to curate an artist lineup for X-Fest 2018 that honors the past, lives in the present and looks to the future," said 91X Program Director Garett Michaels.  "Beck has been a constant presence on 91X since 1993 and Death Cab For Cutie since 2003, while both continue to create vital and exciting music today.  As San Diego’s new music discovery destination X-Fest is loaded for with newer artists we are really excited about. All of this on a huge grass lawn in the heart of San Diego in August.  We can’t wait!”
