Savannah’s Bake Sale to Benefit the San Diego Humane Society

WHO: Star 94.1 FM, together with morning show host Jesse Lozano and his daughter Savannah.

WHAT:            The Fourth Annual Savannah’s Bake Sale to benefit the San Diego Humane Society is sponsored by Hazard Center.  The public is invited to attend the event to purchase delicious baked goods that have been donated by local bakeries and participate in a pet fashion show.  100% of the money raised will be donated to the San Diego Humane Society.

WHERE:          The event will take place at Hazard Center in Mission Valley on the Friars Road level of the center, next to the statue of Roscoe “Pappy” Hazard and the escalators.  Hazard Center’s address is 7610 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, CA 92108.

WHEN:            Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A pet fashion show will also take place at 11:00 a.m.

WHY:              To raise funds for the San Diego Humane Society.  The bake sale was started after Jesse Lozano’s daughter Savannah held her own bake sale, baked all the goodies herself, and raised $35.00 to “help animals”.  She had hoped to raise even more money, so her dad and Star 94.1 FM created an event in her honor.  Now in its fourth year Savannah’s Bake Sale has raised over $10,000 for the San Diego Humane Society.
