Title: Digital/Integrated Media Account Executive/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Knowledgeable of the current digital space and experience in selling digital solutions to both retail and advertising agency clients

· Ability to educate and effectively communicate digital knowledge to staff and clients

· Build off existing digital offerings and help company maximize revenue potential

· Meet with local businesses to consult and sell digital advertising solutions

· Must be able to cold call and secure meetings with decision makers

· Attend daily 4-legged calls with current sellers to close digital business

· Create and deliver dynamic presentations, and overcome objections

· Develop new/creative ideas on how to help businesses find customers/grow their revenue

· Experience selling texting programs a plus

· Collaborate with existing sellers (AE’s) in the development of digital solutions for clients

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of digital sales or management

Requirements And Qualifications:
• Must have a passion for digital media
• Need to be able to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Possess well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, Outlook, Mobile)
• Must have demonstrated ability to manage deadlines while multi-tasking
• Understanding of digital media landscape and campaign best practices
• Ability to work as part of a team (you will work with the AE’s/Digital Sales Manager, Digital Coordinator/Promotions/Social Media Director, etc.)
• Excellent presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Hard-working, integrity, relationship-builder with a “must win” attitude

· Ideal candidates are detail oriented, creative, and able to internally interact with both sales and content creators, while meeting the demands of clients
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Google Analytics experience a plus

Accounts Payable Specialist/Assistant to the Controller

Local Media San Diego, LLC is currently in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist/Assistant to the Controller. Candidate Receive and process all invoices for payment, including expense reimbursements, Prepare daily deposits, Reconcile / process all company credit cards on a monthly basis, Prepare & post various journal entries for month end close, including all prepaid expenses, Maintain Use Tax log for annual tax filing, including posting of monthly accruals, Record fixed assets in Asset Keeper software system, Maintain a company contract / subscriptions spreadsheet, along with calendar reminders for all department heads, Maintain vendors in Cyma, Maintain CPAR Listing, Process & prepare annual 1099 filing, assist with annual Audit

Duties also will include assisting Controller with various Human Resource responsibilities paperwork including new hires and terminations. Maintaining files and assisting with managing day to day accounting responsibilities including general ledger entries, trade inventory and all company vehicles. Candidate must be extremely organized and professional and adapts to a fast pace. AA Degree preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of Account Payable, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Programs.
