San Diego, CA – May 16, 2016 – San Diego Taco Fest – San Diego’s largest one-day Taco Festival is set to kick off this Saturday at Waterfront Park. San Diegans will now have the chance to test their love for tacos all in one place and enjoy the best tacos local restaurants have to offer.
San Diego Taco Fest is taking place at Waterfront Park on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The festival will feature 20 of San Diego’s best taco-centric restaurants, a fun lineup of local and national concert acts, live Lucha Libre wrestling matches, and interactive experiences. Oh and one less Taco Man!! That’s correct, the stolen billboard has yet to be recovered.
“San Diego is home to some of the best tacos on this planet but the hardest part is deciding where to eat,” said Tim Young one of the Taco Fest Organizers. “We decided why not bring all the best restaurants all together to enjoy a day of fun filled with tacos, great beer and awesome music. There’s nothing better in my mind.”
Response to Taco Fest has been very positive and organizers expect to sell out at some point on Saturday. Organizers suggest that Taco Fest fans purchase their tickets prior to Saturday. Advance tickets are $20 ($5 savings) and day of tickets are $25 while supplies last. Tickets can be purchases at www.SDTacoFest.com.
