BCA Radio is seeking a Promotions Coordinator with at least 2-3 years experience. Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing station events, on-air appearances, remotes increasing station loyalty, and building listenership. Candidate will manage promotions, contest administration on web, events page, newsletters, social media, on air prizes, create clear and concise recaps, documentation. Candidate will manage social media posts, Facebook, Twitter. Candidate will write, obtain current, accurate copy for on-air personalities. Candidate will check proposal deliverables to ensure commitments are being met. Candidate will back up front desk when needed, and assist in coordination of internship program. Requires ability to lift 30-50lbs and will be responsible for setting up and breaking down events, and managing all logistical details. Excellent driving record is required. Candidate will work with senior management and multiple departments. Effective, proactive communicator, and intuitive professional, who will think outside the box, excellent organization, advanced computer skills, ability to multi-task, and go above and beyond, with superb customer service skills. Coordinates with advertising clients, customers, listeners, and vendors. Expected to work independently, often times in high-stress, time-critical situations, being flexible to constant change.
