at Otay Ranch Town Center

Chula Vista, Calif.  (August 1, 2013) -  On Saturday, August 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., MAGIC 92.5, Z90.3, Xavier The X-Man, Emilio Nares Foundation and the American Red Cross will come together for 11th annual “Xavier The X-Man’s Cruise for the Cause,” at Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista, a blood and bone marrow drive to help children with cancer.

Xavier The X-Man is committed to informing the community on the importance of blood/bone marrow donation in order to help kids with cancer.  This free car show and family event will showcase over 500 of the hottest classic cars, low-riders, hot rods, tuners/imports, bikes, customs, SUV's, trucks and motorcycles in Southern California.

"You don't need to be into cars to participate," says Xavier.  "You can make a donation, donate blood with the American Red Cross or register your name in the National Bone Marrow Registry.  The goal for Cruise for the Cause is just to help others in need; especially those who need a bone marrow match and are dealing with cancer," he added.

The event will feature live entertainment by the bands Rising Star and City Lights, a Kids Zone and a PPG coloring contest.

MAGIC 92.5, San Diego’s exclusive Old School station, focuses on being a “family station” and continues to be extremely involved in supporting numerous community organizations and causes.
