Clear Channel San Diego Names General Sales Manager

CLEAR CHANNEL SAN DIEGO NAMES JAMES THOMAS AS NEW GENERAL SALES MANAGER
San Diego, Ca. – August 5, 2013 – Clear Channel Media and Entertainment San Diego, announced today that it has named James M. Thomas as General Sales Manager, effective August 5, 2013.
Thomas brings a variety of sales management experience in the digital and mobile arena to Clear Channel’s San Diego cluster of seven radio stations and associated websites. Most recently, Thomas led Town Square Media’s New Jersey and Flint, MO clusters as Sales Manager where he helped increase digital revenue by 350% in 2012. Prior to his position as Sales Manager, Thomas was also successful in increasing digital revenue for Town Square Media as Regional Director of Digital Sales and Digital Sales Manager. Thomas has also held digital sales management positions with Midwest Communications in Green Bay, WI, McVay New Media in Cleveland, OH and Regent Communications in Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY.

James Thomas is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado where he studied Web Development and Advertising.
